How to book a trip in 3 easy steps
Hello,
Here is a quick guide how to book one of our great trips:
Go through the Calendar (see the menu on the left) and Choose the trip you like
1) Find "Will you be there" window: Click on "Yes", tick "I agree to the organizer's refund policy and will pay now online with PayPal" and click on "RSVP for this Meetup"
If you do not have a debit/credit card or PayPal account please contact us to arrange alternative payment method (cash/bank transfer)
2) On the next page click on "Pay Now". You will have 20 minutes to complete the payment. After 20 minutes your spot will be forfeited to give someone else an opportunity to RSVP.
If we made it clear that you can send a different amount please amend the amount here.
3) On the last page (PayPal webpage) please complete the payment using your debit/credit card or PayPal transfer. Once the payment is completed you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal (please check your spam folder if you can't find it, the email will be sent to your email address you used when completing the payment). Please print out this confirmation and bring it on the date of departure. It serves as your ticket. IF NOT STATED OTHERWISE YOU CAN GO FOR A TRIP WITH US ONLY WHEN YOU RSVP AND THE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED.
