To all Minty members,

We hope you are all well. This is just a quick email to let you know about the latest changes made by the Meetup HQ with regards to the RSVP.

Meetup HQ has made an enhancement to how PayPal works on Meetup.com. All organisers can now ask that members make a payment in order to RSVP for the Meetups. We sat down, gave it a thought considering all prons and cons and decided that we would go with this option.

What it means for you?
In order to RSVP for the Minty meetup you will now be asked to complete the payment at the same time. Without the payment your RSVP will not be valid. This affects mainly the popular weekend trips. There still will be some one day trips run on the “turn up and pay” basis - like a trip to Knole, Boxhill or Ivinghoe Beacon.

What will happen now?
We would like to ask you to go through your planned trips with Minty and review your RSVPs. If you have any RSVPs where you have not completed the payment, please kindly do so by Saturday 25.7. On Sunday 26.7. we will remove all unpaid RSVPs. However, you will still have opportunity to RSVP again later on if there are spaces available.

Have any of the trip been fully booked when you checked it last time?
Please check the Minty website again on Sunday 26.7., there may be some places available. If not, please contact us and we will do our best to ad a place for you
