Hi Lynne, sorry you were unable to come on our Stepping into stillness weekend in the Lake District. We will be holding more off these weekends next year and will keep you posted. In the meantime you might be interested in our trip to Wales in October. This involves hill walking in the Snowdonia national park and will posted up on the site soon. Kind regards Phill

Nice to hear from you. At the mo we have another weekend trip to North Wales 7to 9 Oct. Based at a new centre barn in the Conwy area. This is a normal hillwalking weekend and not a Stepping into Stillness weekend but I hope it's of interest.
