After training for 3 years and teaching for over 12 years it would be very difficult to sum up in a few sentances how the Alexander Technique works.
It is also a sensation, an experience. If you would like to come for a complimentary taster session, or participate in a group workshop please do let me know. I am planning to give my next group workshop on Mon 13/Tues 14 or Wed 15th Sept. Pls give me a call so I can give you some more info. Lk fwd to hearing from you. -

Hi Daryl. Love your Profile Photo! I have had some feedback that i should have a pic like yours, friendly, approachable and wirh a nice shirt! What do you think of my profile photo Daryl? Would you want to do 12 weeks intro to NLP with this guy? Actually if you would like to i am starting another 12 week intro to NLP in acouple of weeks either on a Wed or Thurs evening in London Bridge/Borough.
