After training for 3 years and teaching for over 12 years it would be very difficult to sum up in a few sentances how the Alexander Technique works.
It is also a sensation, an experience. If you would like to come for a complimentary taster session, or participate in a group workshop please do let me know. Would you want to do 12 weeks intro to NLP with this guy?
