Hi Eva, I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I have not done cycling for a while but fairly fit. I sprained a ligament in my knee 4 wks ago and wondered if the cycling was gentle.. I don't want to do this ride if it's strenuous cycling; I thought my knee would be better by now but it's still slightly sore. I'm up for it, but just don't want to keep anyone back if I cycle more slowly. Can you let me know what kind of cycling we will be doing tomorrow? Many thanks. Allison
