Canoe Expedition in Devon - River Exe (2 days, 15.-16.8.)
Wonderful two days on the river with overnight camping at the Turf Locks on the River Exe Estuary. Learning foundation canoe skills; exploring the water and enjoying the wildlife and scenery. Full tuition is given, no previous paddling experience is necessary. Tents, camping equipment, meals supplied.

Itinerary
Difficulty: distance & terrain
beginners - paddling for aprox 5 hours each day; qualified canoeing instructors; all equipment included
What to take with you
Suitable clothing (clothes to wear under life jacket, warm clothes for the night, day rucksack)
Wet Boots (or old trainers)

VincentA great week-end on the river and a great way to forget about the everyday hassle. The camp site was fantastic with beautiful scenery. Time was going at a different, slower, peaceful pace. We had good fun with nice and friendly people. And we got lucky with the weather! I find it hard to get back to work after such a week-end...

AnneWhat a wonderful break from busy London. Had a lot of fun on the rapids on the first day - although none of us stayed dry :-) The campsite where we stayed over night allowed us to pace down and to enjoy the beautiful view of the incoming tide. Thanks Eva, for a lovely weekend.
